Teaming Arrangements
SAAD Consultants teams up, as a prime with large, and/or specialized
small firms on multi-discipline set-aside contracts for small
businesses to support us on environmental, coastal, geotechnical,
dams and locks, and navigation, and land and aerial survey. Saad
supports large firms by teaming up as a subcontractor to provide
them with water and coastal resources engineering support or other
services on the local, regional or national levels. Below is a
